7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and track information about your activity on our Service. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We use:

Bot check: to keep automated scrapers from copying our data, a signed-out visitor's browser may be asked to pass Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that usually runs without anything to click. Turnstile sends Cloudflare signals about your browser and device, so that it can tell a person from a program, and we send Cloudflare your IP address with each check. When the check passes, we set sc_pass, a security cookie that lets a signed-out visitor open artist, album and song pages. It holds no identity, is not used to follow you across sites, and lasts 2 hours. While it lasts, our server keeps the list of pages opened under the pass's random number, to count them, and deletes it when the pass ends. The app keeps the pass's end time in your browser's local storage as sc_pass_until. Signed-in visitors are not checked.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept essential cookies, you may not be able to use the Service. For more details, see our Cookie Policy.
