About

Os Resentidos, a seminal Galician rock band of the 1980s, was led by singer, songwriter, poet, and cultural agitator Antón Reixa, and also featured Alberto Torrado (bass), Rubén Losada (sax), and Javier Soto (guitar), the latter replaced in 1985 by Xabier Debesa. The band was known for its irreverent musical and lyrical approach, a fusion of rock and Galician folk music with a surreal sense of humor and an innovative use of the Galician language in a pop/rock setting.
