About

The merengue group La Banda Loca was formed in New York City in 1990 by singers Elvis Classe, Osvaldo Peralta and Luis Rafael Inoa. Debuting with in 1992 Locuras, the trio returned later that same year with Mas Locuras, followed in 1993 by La La La La Loca.
