図書館司書。シンガーソングライター。音声合成ソフトVOCALOIDを使った楽曲をあえて、7inchバイナル盤や、LP盤、カセットテープなどでリリースするなど、独自性の高い前衛的な表現活動で注目されているアーティスト。各所への楽曲提供も行っておりアナログとデジタルを融合させた、繊細かつ大胆な楽曲が特徴。TVCM「Google Chrome: Hatsune Miku(初音ミク篇)」への出演や、LAWSONイメージソング『⻘いコンビニであいましょう』をきっかけに注目を集め、メディア等にも出演。クラシックの作曲家をキャラクターにしたTVアニメ「クラシカロイド」では、ショパンの楽曲の作詞・編曲を担当。同アニメではEHAMICの他に、布袋寅泰、つんく、浅倉大介、tofubeatsらがアレンジャーチームに名を連ねた。「クラシカロイド」のために制作した『小犬のカーニバル〜小犬のワルツより〜』が、2023年5月3日公開のマーベル映画『ガーディアンズ・オブ・ギヤラクシー：VOLUME3』に起用された。シリーズのサウンドトラックに日本人アーティストが採用されるのは史上初。
